"Fifteen years back, I hired Cesar to do the borders on my front yard, and I absolutely loved it! I was on the hunt for someone to match my backyard, and while repainting my kitchen, I found his card behind my fridge. I thought, why not give him a call? To my astonishment, he’s still in business after all these years! He answered the phone and came over to give me a free estimate. Cesar managed to recreate the same pattern to match the front of my house and gave me a fair price. He designed the borders to complement my yard and even created a safer step-off for my patio using some leftover pavers I had. I had also bought a new shed, and he was so kind put it together and build a paver base to keep it stable. Also I needed my sprinkler system fixed, and he referred another guy for that. Now my yard is absolutely stunning! My neighbors noticed this and they started using his services. While he was working on their yard, he even came by to help me blow the leaves off my sidewalk. "I was very satisfied with Anderson Landscaping. I called them because of a flood I had suffered during recent heavy rains. The property did not have a proper drainage system due to its low elevation. Tod Anderson came out and quickly started troubleshooting and coming up with a multi-faceted approach toward mitigating future flooding issues. After the plan was designed and approved, the project started within a week. Every day, the landscapers would show up right on time and work meticulously throughout the day. Tod would appear on site several times to check on the project and make continued suggestions for the best solution possible. He understood that landscaping was secondary to flood mitigation - and I very much appreciated his care and understanding of my problem. At several points throughout the project, I would notice areas that I figured I would have to go in and clean up or tweak. "In April of 2023 I had them change my crab grass to Enpire grass. I thought they did a professional job but after almost one year my new grass was turning brown in different spots and now it is almost completely brown. I have watered it twice a day and still it got worse. When I asked them what is wrong they suggested watering and letting it grow more higher. They were cutting my grass till a month ago and the company passed me to another company to do my yard work without talking to me in person only by text. At the beginning they cut my grass, trees, bushes great. But when putting my Enpire grass, I found out that they should have removed all my crab grass first not cut the crab grass down to the roots. That is why I still have crab grass growing between my Enpire grass today. I asked if that was normal & they said yes. Just pull it. So don't get new sod grass from them especially Enpire grass which tolerates Florida's weather and needs less water. Unfortunately, my Enpire grass has not turned out well after 6 months & couldn't get the right help nor care from this company. They are good in cutting the trees, bushes. Cutting the grass mostly with a Weed Wacker mostly instead of regular lawn mower may have hurt my grass. That is why I gave 3. They do arrive the day they are coming."

"M.D.M. Landscaping was hired to replace the sod/grass at my residence. The work was done promptly, carefully, and efficiently at the scheduled time. At the conclusion of the work the sprinkler system was determined to be inadequate to support the new sod. The sprinkler system was upgraded/restored with work beginning in the afternoon and continuing late into the evening so that the new sod would be preserved. MDM assumed full responsibility for the project and worked to assure a successful conclusion. The associated fees were appropriate and fair. I am appreciative of MDM's determination to achieve a successful conclusion to the project."
