Keith is amazing, going above and beyond to assist with providing insurance information. Keith made many extra trips to my house to meet with Insurance Adjusters before I even agreed to hire him. Katherine worked relentlessly to coordinate everything, including the removal of my solar with the solar company. The guys who installed the rood worked from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with maybe a 30-minute lunch break, to ensure the work was completed in a timely manner. "Gutter pros sent 2 people to my house to go over all the details and give me an estimate.  They were very knowledgable and answered all my questions - even those I didn't even know I had.  They showed up on time and had a sample of the product for me to look at.  I did not decide on the spot as it was a big investment, and was thankful they did not pressure me.  I called them after about 5 days and we agreed on a final price and signed the contract.  It was installed early Feb 2015 - about 1 week after I signed the contract.  It took 1 person about 2 hours to do the work.  So far it looks nice and strong.  The real test will be in the fall when all the leaves fall to see how it holds up.  I am looking forward to never having to see leaves flowing out of my gutters and not having to worry about cleaning them out.  I will update in October to write how they hold up.
