I was literally almost resigned to a huge 12 K problem and canâ t express how grateful I am that Geremi didnâ t give up and succeeded at unclogging this drain, and that I was able to see with his camera that the pipe was not, in fact, done. There were no added charges for the extra time or new snake blades it took to cut through this clog and no expensive and unnecessary recommendations. I now have a trusted plumber for life."

I had another big brand team come out and they were transactional, cold and simply quoted $800 for everything I asked for. Install toilet ($800), change faucet ($800). Giovanni took his time reviewing and making a plan, made sure I was up to speed on alm the changes he made, informed me of possible risks based on my setup, and even came back after a full day shift to help me put. Price was very reasonable for great work. Have more projects for them now that I have a trusted resource."

"Overall really good, Kenny is a great guy. Very responsive. We had an issue that we needed handled quickly he was able to make it out the same day we contacted him. Shortly after he was able to fit us in and get the job done. Our only complaint comes from having a little demo work that needed to be done. The hole made is very sloppy and should have just done with a angle grinder with a cutting blade not with a hammer. To make the cleanup and the repair much easier. Now we have to disassemble and reassemble parts of the closet. He left a fair amount of debris afterwards and somehow managed to put a hole on the other side of the wall. I would have preferred to get some form of receipt or invoice for our records afterwards as well. Other than that he's great, respectful, shows up on time and has fair pricing. He's a good dude."
