"Our septic backed up on us this spring, and after spending money and precious time to have it pumped and jetted, we realized we needed to hire someone who was able to actually repair whatever the issue was that we had.  We called Cory at Reveal Excavation (we got him on the first call), and understanding our rush (not being able to take showers, wash dishes, clothes, etc) he scheduled us for the upcoming Saturday (a weekend, and only a day and a half later!).   Cory is the real deal! We have dealt with many contractors in the past year while building a barn and remodeling our home and none come close to the professionalism of Reveal Excavation. He was more than willing to travel 30 miles out of town to our home, without hesitation.  His communication with us was great throughout the project, he called back when he said he would, and he arrived when he said he would. He was even able to come up on Friday, a day earlier than he scheduled us for. While here, he was extremely hard working and dedicated to getting the project done right. He compacted while backfilling  and left the site looking great. "We were impressed with his professionalism.  Cole was there when he promised, he cleaned the work site at the end of each day and he did all that was in the original bid.  We found some minor differences between what we wanted and what he thought we wanted and he corrected them without complaint. As examples, the height of the bench in the shower and the placement of the cubbyholes needed to be altered. <br /> He was willing to do what was needed to make us happy with the project.
