"So I must start this review by saying when my husband first wanted Pavers I didnâ t get it. It seemed more expensive than concrete and I didnâ t understand the difference. Once I walked out on my new patio I TOTALLY GOT IT! The patio is beautiful with such character and quality. IT feels totally solid but I know it will last forever. Not only did I love the outcome but the process was truly impressive. While we had a few changes and adjustments along the way I got to see what service really meant from our team. Our Designer Craig, our project manager Mark and our install team lead by Baldo all made it possible. Initially we had a confusion with the design and they stepped up and just fixed everything. We had an issue with the date and had to push it and they couldnâ t be more accommodating. We finally got to the actual install and im sure these poor guys thought they were in the clearâ ¦.but not quite. They started to pull the stones into the back yard and had to stop Baldo and say it wasnâ t the color I wanted. Without a secondâ s hesitation he had the whole crew stopped and the Mark on the phone to make sure my back yard was exactly what I wanted. They pushed double time and had it all switched in a matter of days. Its service like that that gives me no hesitation to recommend them. Every project an have its hiccups but this team will make it all run smoothly. Thank you all for your help my dog cooper, my husband and I are all thrilled with our new outdoor living space."

"I cannot say enough positive things about Sergio and the crew at Brick House Masonry. They saved us when our original contractor told us on 6/5, a month after agreeing to the start date, that they needed to push the date from 6/15 to 7/6. They didn't even sound confident that they would meet the 7/6 date. We had 2 other contractors booked that would have been screwed up by this delay. So out of desperation I sent a text message with the details of our job to Brick House Masonry at 4:28pm on Friday 6/5. I got a response from Sergio 3 minutes later saying they could do it and he would take a closer look at the info I had sent. Within 30 minutes I had a preliminary quote which was very reasonable. After a few more texts and we had a potential start date of the following Tuesday on 6/9! Sergio came by our house on Saturday morning at 8am to look things over firsthand to be sure everything was in order. We had an official contract on Sunday and signed it. The Brick House Masonry crew showed up first thing on Tuesday 6/9 as promised and demoed around 480 sqft of existing concrete which had to be removed by hand as we did not have bobcat access. Wednesday and Thursday, they cut a new drain line to the front of our house and did the grading, forms, and rebar. Our pour day was scheduled for first thing on Saturday 6/13 and the crew once again showed up and did a wonderful job pouring around 680 sqft of concrete. They were done and everything was cleaned up by 1pm. The crew was conscientious about cleaning and never left the work area a disaster in between days. They did an outstanding job and we would recommend Sergio and Brick House Masonry without reservation! From start to finish Sergio and Brick House Masonry finished our job in 8 days! This was not just a simple deal as the previous owners of our home left us with a backyard full of mismatched concrete that was poorly done. Think a concrete Frankenstein. They transformed our backyard abomination into something we can be proud of and cannot wait to use!"

"Very happy with the performance of Babylon Gardens. Good communication throughout, and a first class crew performed the work. I met with Rony and after a little back and forth on the project scope was able to schedule the work. Originally planned for 5 days, Rony's foreman and his team completed the work in 3 days (there had been a weather delay and they were as interested in getting the work done on time as I was)! Rony's foreman Juan knew his stuff, and truly went the extra mile, including performing some extra work which Rony covered under the original quote - greatly appreciated! Specifically, when Rony and I walked the job, we had agreed that rather than installing extra drainage, Rony would ensure the crew graded the slope down to the existing drain. Juan determined that was not the right way to do it, and installed a new drain in an ideal location. He also laid down some pavers which was outside the scope. It was just a few, to create a little accent where there would have been a dirt void between my side yard where a concrete walk was laid, and the sod that was installed in the back yard. Again, Juan did this, and even though it wasn't a lot of extra work, it was above and beyond the scope, but illustrates to me that the company and this crew is more interested in customer satisfaction and exemplary work than just the money. I will definitely call Rony the next time I need work done!"
