"Absolutely outstanding from start to finish. We've had work done by D & K before, so we knew what to expect. Dan was able to provide us with a quote within a day or so of our calling him. This was a two-day project. Dan and Ryan were right on time and were very clean and careful. Our home is an almost 100 year-old Arts & Crafts bungalow and they had respect for, and took the time to be careful of, all of the wood trim. Since we were at home, they worked quietly and completely cleaned up after each day. In the bedroom, some very heavy furniture had to be moved, which they helped us do without complaint. "I am very happy that I went with Jesse for installing drywall in my basement. He was very punctual and showed up exactly on time every day he worked. He was very professional and it was clear that he has been doing this kind of work for a long time. Jesse went above and beyond, and generously did certain things that weren't even in the job description just to ensure that our basement looked in it's best shape when he left. He also gave us a very fair price for the work after receiving multiple quotes from other drywallers that were in a different ballpark. "What happened was the local rep quit the company so nobody showed up. I spent a great deal of time trying to track someone down and i got the name of a local re, he did not respond, his mailbox was full. I called the corporate in California and they gave me another name and made arrangements. So about 3 months late the painting got done. The work was satisfactory, but it was about 3.5 months late. The price was right, they ran into some organizational problems, did not handle them right and left me hanging. Price was ok, work was good."

This occurred the first week of December and although the ground was not yet frozen, I was concerned that it could soon become frozen.  This is Wisconsin, after all. I called all the highly rated handyman providers, and they all were booked for at least two weeks and some were busy through January or February. I decided to take a chance on Property Image, even though they had only a few reviews. The entire process went really well. They could not set up an available date for three days or so, but they communicated with me so I knew they were coming. I also could not be there during the work, which was not a problem for them. They offered to buy a new mailbox for me, but I wanted to choose one myself. I bought one (they purchased a post), and left it on my front porch in the morning. I came home that evening and it was installed perfectly, just the right distance from the street, level and sturdy in the ground. The landscaping around the post looked like it was barely touched. They billed me about a week later. It all worked out and I love my new mailbox <br />"
