I am 85 now and it is difficult to lean over or bend without worrying about falling. She and her helper come and do the rooms quickly and efficiently for a reasonable price. She is easy to work with and listens to me for suggestions. I am not easy to please and she works with me."

"Literally the worst cleaning job I have ever seen. I was not there to oversee my move-in clean, and it is obvious that I was taken advantage of because of it. It appeared that they came in and sprayed a bunch of lemon-smelling chemicals and left. After I contacted them to get my money back, they refused. I captured photos of how poorly the cleaning job was and after sending them to them, they finally agreed to return $100 out of the $500 I paid them for the job. Do not recommend!! Huge rip off."

"They never showed up! The owner, Brian, said that due to the blizzard his crews couldn't make it. Well then call and cancel! I would have been totally okay if they said due to the storm on Friday we can't make it. Instead they left me hanging. I called four times, left two voice mails, and an email all on Saturday. I didn't hear back from anybody until Monday at 9:53 am. The owner offered a discount on another cleaning but frankly this was a professional cleaning that I get once to twice a year prior to hosting a large party. Him coming in for a "discounted rate" at a later time/date does me zero good. I would not hire this company again!"

"Malita (Lita) was wonderful to work with. From the start she was very organized regarding scheduling, establishing the scope of the work, and getting detailed info for the first clean. She contacted me to let me know when she was enroute and upon arrival (I was at work). She made a turn of the century log cabin home look rejuvenated; and quite literally changed the vibe and energy of the 100+ year old structure. She went above and beyond for the first visit doing a deep clean where needed, as well what I can only refer to as "detailing" the kitchen including all its contents - cookware, dishes, cutlery. Upon completion she sent photos of the work performed. She left a gift basket of home maintenance supplies. That same evening a friend was awed by the transformation, saw the gift basket and promptly asked for Lita's information for her father's residence which was undergoing remodeling and which she knew would need routine cleaning. I recommend Lita sans any reservations"
