On the day Andrew was to come over our house to give an estimate, there was a big snowstorm and we did not expect him to come that evening. But he came and reviewed what was needed to be done and he explained in great detail the options and the pluses and minuses for each option, despite the trouble he had to get to our home in the snow. "I contacted MS&I on a Sunday evening after a previous contractor had terrified me about possible mold behind the drywall in my basement. Joe called me back the next day and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday. He arrived on time and completely put my mind at ease as soon as he stepped in my door. We talked about options and I decided to get the drywall cut out to be on the safe side. Joe’s team worked solidly for 4 hours and aside from the hole in my wall you would never know they had been there! No mold was found thank goodness but I had peace of mind.
