"Evergreen Landscape did a great job. They very gently regraded the yard and installed two dry-wells. When completed, they sodded everywhere they dug. Except for the two small drain grates you'd never know they were there! The night they completed the work we had 2 inches of rain. Evergreen's foreman stopped by the following morning to make sure the backyard drainage issue was resolved. It worked perfectly. I would highly recommend them."

From our first meeting with Tyler, who provided us with a detailed estimate and walked us through every step of the process, to the final transformation of our front and back yard, we have been thoroughly impressed. Initially, our front yard and driveway were plagued with weeds, worn-out mulch, and overgrown bushes desperately in need of trimming. The backyard presented an even larger challenge, with an overgrown garden neglected for over four years and two large fig trees requiring attention. The team at Parkyn Landscaping tackled these issues with expertise and professionalism. They started by removing the smaller, unhealthy fig tree and clearing out all debris. They then filled in the lawn with fresh soil, adjusted the grading for better drainage, and meticulously planted new grass seeds, ensuring to cover them with straw and providing us with detailed watering instructions for optimal growth. Along the side of our house, they planted small boxwood shrubs that promise to enhance our yard's aesthetic once they mature. On the scheduled day, Parkyn Landscaping's crew arrived promptly at 7:30 am, ready to work. Despite the scorching 90-degree heat, they worked tirelessly throughout the day, demonstrating efficiency and a no-nonsense approach. By 4:30 pm, they had completely transformed our yard beyond recognition – so much so that we couldn't resist taking pictures to share with our relatives. "Mostly happy with the work done. This project turned into a total revamp of my back yard and it was expensive but the cost was appropriate. They graded my lawn, installed a patio, a french drain, tied in the gutters to the french drain, created a gravel area for my dogs and over seeded my back yard as well as put up a temp fence to protect the new grass from my dogs and shored up my fence from the inside to prevent digging/potential escape. Estimates were clear & concise (Molly is awesome!). The team was fantastic, very professional and knowledgeable. It took about 5 days and those men worked HARD! The only flaw is that the french drain does not work efficiently. I have reached out to Tom many times and although he stopped by to look at the problem once, it has not been resolved."

"I have been an Angi fan for many years and take these comments very seriously. We have hired this company to perform our seasonal landscape clean up and mulch for at least 5 seasons. The property takes over 20 yards of mulch and they never cut corners. Always working hard to get the plant beds cleaned and the edging correct before laying mulch. After reviewing photos of their work on paver patios and walkways, this year we hired them to repair an 18 year old paver patio with two separate walkways and staircases. This was a lot of work. Most other contractors just wanted to tear it all out and start over. They agreed to tackle the job for us. It is apparent that sometimes it is just as difficult to repair something than to build it new. They demonstrated their skill level by providing us with an excellent job. Also, the owner and the crew are very trustworthy. Most importantly, Ismael’s attitude towards business is to satisfy his customer. I highly recommend him and his crew and would be very surprised if you do not have the same experience that we have had over the last 5 years."

"In late fall, I noticed that a piece of a stone wall abutting my driveway had broken off and was drifting into the driveway. Concerned that the wall would fall into the driveway, I contacted Quinn Brothers Masonry. They came out within two days, assessed the situation and gave me an estimate. The work involved taking down both walls, knocking off old mortar on the stones, and removing ivy. After the walls were taken down, protective covering was placed on the exposed dirt, and drainage pipes and gravel were installed. They then rebuilt the walls, using the original stones. While rebuilding the walls, Patrick Quinn advised me that my stone house foundation had been compromised by paint and old mortar. I authorized additional work to restore the foundation. The paint on the stone foundation was removed and the old mortar was taken out. Then, the entire foundation had new mortar installed. I am extremely pleased with the results and will definitely hire them again."
