"My wife and I were very well pleased with the entire experience of having Five Star Painting paint the exterior of our home. From the free estimate prior to choosing this company, the first meeting with Justin (Project Mgr.) through the actual pressure washing and painting completed by Carlos and Allen, we were happy with the project. On several occasions over the multiple day job, we asked for consideration of personal time conflicts, and Five Star Painting willingly modified their own schedules to accommodate our requests. Our home is definitely not the easiest of houses to paint due to height considerations (almost three stories on the backside), and the heat this time of year in the south can be and was unrelenting. Nevertheless, the paint crew never complained. Our home looks so much better now than it did prior to pressure washing and painting. We have already received several compliments from neighbors about the job Five Star did. "Keith responded immediately to provide an in home free estimate. He selected the paint colors from our description of what we wanted. The colors were perfect. The paints were a very high quality and were included in the price. We had cracked walls, crown and floor molding, popcorn ceilings, doors the former owner had put holes in and a metal front door with extensive warping and bubbling of the paint. The front door looks brand new, the walls and molding were beautifully and expertly painted, interior door holes are gone as if they were never there, wall cracks repaired and gone-we can't even tell where the cracks were-the popcorn ceiling was transformed into a creamy smooth, painted surface. Keith arrived promptly and early each day of work, worked all day and he did not need any supervision. Judging by the work performed in our home, Keith is an expert painter with extensive experience. He had an immediate grasp of what we wanted and delivered big time. The paint job came out much better than my husband and I could have expected. "Our home has a large 25-year-old deck, which along with normal aging had some problematic design features, such as steps of varying heights. Matt Forestieri gave us excellent design suggestions and explained what was behind them. He also let us know that he and his partner would personally be on the job each day of work. "Jeremy and his crew did a great job. He is professional and responsive. He did a great job paying attention to the details of our windows that required caulking and some repairs. The top of our pergola is a bit tricky to reach and they did an amazing job! He was flexible in using our stain for the pergola and followed the instructions for application (which is not a typical application). He stays in touch and does all the work promptly. Even with weather issues, he always made our job a priority! Don't hesitate to hire him!!"

"We have used Barry Flynn twice before for exterior painting (we've done our own interior painting). He does his own work although his wife apparently helps sometimes. We didn't specify a date to have him begin, but he started the work about 2 months after we called him. If we'd been in a rush I expect he would have started sooner. He has good eyes for matching paint & was patient about us changing our mind on front door color. He found some rotted wood & helped us find a carpenter to get it repaired. He is reliable & trustworthy & had access to our home when we were at work. I expect his prices are competitive but we've been so happy with his work over the years that we didn't get bids. He took about 2 weeks (there were a couple rainy days) to complete the work. He isn't obtrusive, is available by his cell phone & is good about communicating when he is coming and going."

"Henri is extremely neat and well organized. He is very careful with the homeowners things and totally trustworthy. He uses protective sheets on the floor and around furniture so that he will not get paint on anything. He is also very reasonable. Overall, very stressfree experience. If I have anything else to paint, I will call him. He has also done exterior painting for me as well and that turned excellent as well."
