"I first met Santos Velasquez when we requested a quote for creating an apartment from a garage.  He was very professional and arrived on schedule.  It was a large project, building a barn to replace the garage space, and creating a one bedroom apartment in it's place.  He took pictures and notes.  Santos called within a few days and recommended we involve an architect and scheduled a time to meet her.  Again, they arrived on time.  Shari Mullins, with pillar3, agreed to make some drawings.   These proved to be exactly what we wanted! The process was not speedy.  We discovered the septic system needed to be replaced and the plumbing system was dissolving.  We decided to add a bathroom and a closet to the room above the garage.  Santos and Shari worked together, finding the right specialists and contractors, keeping the permits on schedule and the work moving forward. They were professional.  They always responded quickly to calls, texts and emails.  They were always here when they said they would be here.  They listened to concerns and addressed them immediately, willing to make adjustments and improvements as needed.  They put an effort into finding the best quality materials we could afford.  They kept the contractors on schedule and handled any disputes.  We didn't have to worry about anything.  It took about a year, but we love the results and have no regrets!  It did cost more than expected due to pre-existing conditions and upgrade decisions. "I do not remember the price, because I had done other things and we kind of incorporated all of it.  Overall it was excellent.  I had to call and have the container cleaned up for them to get rid of all the shingles and everything.  There were no nails, shingles or anything.  They covered the plants.  They were very good.  They were thorough, in and out. They did very fast, and I was really surprised.  They put in paint bars, air vents which I had not had but that what helped.  I had seen an advertisement on the internet and seen the name out there and through word of mouth.  I mean I was so pleased with their work; they had done most work for me since then.  They did a complete redo of the inside of my home.  They replaced the tiles, and they did my entire house.  They do really good work.  They did tile work, and they did my bathroom.  They paint, and they repaired my deck. The floor was good but the steps and things like that weren’t, so they redid that.  They redid my hardwood floor.   I had a wall between the living room and the kitchen and they actually cut out of a part of that wall and made a see through bar between there.  They do woodworking and everything, they are very good.  The pricing was very good because I had actually checked with some other people beforehand and they had a very competitive price.  The quality was excellent.  They cleaned up after everything and cleaned every day.  They were always there when they said they would be.  In fact I planned to use them, there is an addition that I wanted to do on to my deck, but I was kind of waiting until my income tax came in.  They also build an outbuilding from scratch and it is very nice.  They cleaned up after themselves every day before they left.  They are very very clean.  Sometimes it was a mess, and I would come home expecting something to do but I really didn’t.  They were very thorough.  They removed 2 huge palm trees from my mother’s property.   They do everything."
