"Mgr Jeffrey offered free estimate next morning. Had two outdoor hoses were unable remove from hose bibs; were seized on. afraid needed new hose bibs! BG sent tech Joseph Lopez who was professional, knowledgeable & personable. After assessing bibs advised cost for removal of hoses and/or to install new bibs. i gave the go ahead to do his best to remove hoses! noted he consciously covered his shoes when coming through home from front to back yards. He patiently & carefully tried a few removal methods including the spray/wrench we had tried. He was finally able to remove them by carefully using a hack saw! He also installed a new hose connecting part on ea bib w/new threads that are guaranteed 2 yrs. It was third of the price new bibs would have cost! We so appreciated the extra conscientious efforts Joseph Lopez made to repair the hose bibs giving us excellent results at economical price! "This crew (Josh and Nate) arrived promptly as scheduled. Explained how the light would be installed and how it would look (centered/height etc.). As it was one of over 90 degree days, I offered them something cold to drink (ice tea). When I came back in the installers had put carboard down and placed the glasses so that they would not leak on the counter. After installation, everything was swept up and the counter was wiped down. We have had this company work on a generator install and propane line hook up for our stove some time back. The were as pleasant, courteous and showed concern that we were satisfied with every move. I would only want Josh and Nate for furture work!"

Brian installed a new dishwasher, put in a new tankless water heater (plus ran new electrical for the unit) and some other smaller fixes. He was professional, courteous, and did the work for what he quoted. He also tackled some additional plumbing issues that cropped up while he was doing everything else. "I don't recall the price. It was likely for a whole electric inspection kind of thing or maybe to look at the actual system. Everything was good. I remember he was good. He had a lot of little suggestions that I didn't do for the little things. I didn't take any of that. He was very responsive. They called me a number of times before coming and the person was on time. He was good. I had a thing that we wanted to change. He tried quite a bit to do that, although it was not part of the description. He called other people and figured out it could not be done so he left it. The point was that he tried. He went out of the way to do that additional stuff, but he did not charge for that. He didn't do it actually, but he spent time trying to do it."
