"I had Biango Construction complete a full gut renovation of my main floor powder room and laundry room/mudroom. This included a major change in layouts and moving walls, doors, HVAC, plumbing, gas lines, and electrical. I also had custom cabinets and hall tree built for the space. The final result is exceptional (see photos). While the time ended up taking longer than originally expected, it was worth it to have a trusted pro do the work and to deal with the permit process. The company was easy to work with, professional, and maintained a clean workspace across my house. All individuals working on my house with Nick Biango paid high attention to detail throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Biango Construction to anyone doing renovations or wanting built-ins added to their home."

"John and team transformed our old bathroom shower into a modern “marble look” porcelain tile shower. His team started work quickly and adjusted hours to our schedule. The were extremely helpful providing design recommendations, quick to complete the project, worked cleanly/neatly throughout the project (no dust and debris anywhere), and were easy to work with. And, their price was the best of the three contractors I talked to. I would highly recommend John and his team. Our shower looks incredible, thanks to John’s quality work. "I’ve always wanted a second bathroom. I contacted JK Complete R&C. Jack came to my home and assessed the would be project. Jack gave me a reasonable price, start and proposed finish date. Then I met the crew John, Mike and Ziggy. We had a great relationship. Everything that was to be accomplished was explained to me on a daily bases. By the end of the project we had a bond and it felt like family. I also learned quite a bit in the process. I am total fascinated with my new bathroom. I have already recommended JK Complete to family members."

"What can I say about Dan and crew? If there were six stars, I would have given them all of those! Our powder room job was also flooring for the hallway and laundry room, plus a utility sink. It was a total gut job in the bathroom. Dan could not have been nicer, quoted us a more than fair price and the job was finished in record time. He was very responsive to any questions we had (ok mostly me). Also, his workers (2) were fantastic. I'm not sure if I should name them, so I won't. They were efficient and professional, asked questions when needed and cleaned up the site and their work space (our garage) every single day. They treated our home with care, as well as our old appliances and new fixtures. We could not have been happier with all of it."

"Jakubek proved to be an honest and reliable contractor that performs quality work. They did a complete remodel of the first floor in my house that included 1) Gutting and a complete remodel of the kitchen, half bath and laundry rooms (3 full slabs of stone were used as counter tops and back splashes). 2) Installing 1,300 square feet of oak flooring (they used over 3,000 screws to secure the underlayment and eliminate squeaking). Their bid was a fair price and lower than many other contractors who quoted the project. The only cost adjustments were for unanticipated issues and changes I made to the original quote and the amounts were reasonable. Robert, David and their crew paid close attention to detail and performed the job as if they were working in their own homes. They were very flexible and adaptable when issues came up (such as unexpected pipes in the wall) and very helpful in offering suggestions and implementing solutions. Since I wanted to be closely involved in decisions, they included me in all appropriate areas, and I felt like I had input and was listened to. They cleaned up daily and took precautions to protect areas from damage. Once they started the project, they stayed on it, and I felt like I was their most important client. While they did do work on other projects, it never delayed my project and they always had someone on site keeping my project progressing. David coordinated all materials and subcontractors to ensure everything arrived on time. They used excellent subcontractors for the hardwood flooring and countertop installations and monitored their work to make sure the finished project was up to Jakubek high standards. David also made design suggestions and recommended suppliers that had high quality products and better pricing than others I considered using. Jakubek was the first contractor where I never had a dispute, where I felt the entire project was done properly and where I was highly satisfied with the finished project. Therefore, I would highly recommend Jakubek to friends. In fact, I have already recommended them to 4 good friends who saw my remodel and wanted the name of my contractor for projects they are planning. I was so happy with their performance and attention to detail that I asked them to come back and proactively replace my 18-year-old water heater and a failing sump pump. Their work was very professional and they were less expensive than other alternatives for replacing these items."

"Kris did an amazing job. It was a huge job he did by the book. His experience is evident in his accuracy and efficiency. Kris was onsite everyday and worked in a strategic way that there was never any lost time. He has a great eye for detail and design. You can tell he has a passion for his work. He consulted me often when changes needed to be made to the prints. Great communication during the whole project. He works excellent with DYI'ers like myself. He was patient with me and my hundred questions. He was also very flexible if I changed my mind or had an alteration to the original plan. I look forward to working with Kris again."

"Miro redid our kitchen and half bath and we're thrilled with the results. We got a few quotes and ultimately went with Homewise Remodelers because the price was reasonable and Miro was so thorough in walking us through our options. He helped us select cabinets and worked through several versions of the kitchen layout until we were happy with it--we were easily able to swap out cabinet layouts and finishings, like adding a farmhouse sink. His crew were reliable, on-time, and respectful of our property throughout the remodel and we appreciated their attention to detail. They solicited our input on decorative details and were quick to fix things we didn't like, e.g., the location of kitchen cabinet pulls. We felt they treated our home as they would their own. The project even wrapped up a few days early. We would absolutely recommend Homewise Remodelers and choose them for future projects."

"Wow, where do I begin, well let's start with Sam responded quickly and came on time for the inital onsite estimate. During our walk thru, I explained exactly what I needed done. He then presented an estimate quickly (which I was impressed). He was also able to work around my work schedule to fit me in, much appreciated so, so far so good. We'll, I spoke too soon! The day he arrived q/19/2021 @ 8am (on time) it went down hill. Meaning, he seemed angry, hostile and nothing like the inital estimate. DIL, if he had a bad morning and didn't have his coffee but he was very moody.l to say the least. He came in (not speaking) or explaining where he was going to start 1st and began to install a toliet and new vanity in my LL Powder room. He installed it and while he was coming upstairs to start the shower base (in the master bath) I asked him how it went with the 'LL install. He then said, "well, there's a small hairline leak in the back of the toliet". I than said, "why didn't you tell me for I have 2 new toliet in the garage?" He didn't answer and began to start working on the 2nd bath tub. Let me say, I'm remodeling my home so it's gutted and redo the two baths and kitchen. With that, after he finished the other 2 bathrooms he said he's use one of the new toliet and replace the old one cuz it was missing a part anyway. I found that he opened one of the new toliet boxes (without asking or telling me. Took a part from one of the new toliet to apply to the older one he had already installed. This guy was a nightmare to say the least! Who does that? Come on, don't you think I would need that same part for the new one? It was luck that he exchanges the old one for a new one and could use the same part! Ugh, I also ran to the store to pick up parts he needed (I offered and didn't mind) but when I asked him if he had a bucket tonrun water diwn both drains he just installed he looked at me like I was "ASKING TOO MUCH" but I insisted to ensure there weren't any leaks (which there weren't) THANK GOD! He was very unprofessional, disrespectful and to be quite honest arrogant. I just wanted him to leave and never hire him again for the rest of the work he quoted. I should have listened to the warning when he said he wasn't busy for sometime and sitting at home. I now understand why cuz he's mean and unprofessional and good Handyman are busy. Lesson learned and don't hire this "moody dude" there's someone better out there I promise and I will find him/her the next time. Consider yourslef warned! GOOD LUCK!"
