However, the stand-out is that while having my gutters cleaned this year from another company, the workman pulled up on the shingles and broke several. "Everything went very well. Heidi was incredibly responsive from the first call and throughout the process. Everyone, from the owner to every workman, was courteous and very professional. We did have weather issues (heat and storms) that understandably delayed the initial start date. When the new start date conflicted with our vacation, there was no hassle about our postponing the start date until we returned. This was a fairly big job and took the crew about a week to complete. Each day they started exactly when they told me they would be there and each evening, they made sure that everything was picked up and stowed neatly. When the job was done, the cleanup was thorough. He seemed to really care about my house, Unlike most roofing contractors who just try to make a quick sale. The install was a one day install for my 3300 sf roof.
