"I hired Salgado’s to repair our 17 year old paver patio and walkway. The pavers were sinking and stained, and moss was growing between them. Greg and his team took great care with leveling the patio, stoop and walkway. They clearly know what they are doing. They removed all the plastic edging which was lifting and shifting and replaced it with a special concrete product. They cleaned and sealed the pavers and the patio looks like new. Greg was on-site most of the time and kept us updated on their progress. I had other estimates and the price was fair. We are thrilled with the work and would highly recommend Salgado’s."

I went with Ty not only because his quote was very competitive, but primarily because he took the most time to answer all my questions and describe to me what they could do or could not. I needed a lot of work done and I felt he really listened to what I wanted and gave me realistic options on what he could do to and what would be best. A year after the install I reached out to Ty with a few maintenance questions, which he answered promptly and even offered to stop by and address my questions in person. Overall, the finished product is great, price was competitive, the process was easy and delivered exactly what I wanted. But be sure to contact early in the season though, as they get busy really quickly. I got a quote from them in Feb or March (2020) and they were already booked up until July to do the install."

"Daniel and MLC really came to our rescue. We struggled for several months to find a contractor to replace a sizable, rapidly deteriorating retaining wall on our property. After finally connecting with another contractor, negotiating and renegotiating our contract, and getting all the required permits, that contractor backed out of the project in mid-October. Our engineer put us in touch with Daniel who promptly assessed the project, quoted a fair price, fit us into his schedule, and completed our project on budget – all by mid-November. Daniel knows his stuff and was very easy to work with. After the dust cleared and the final check was cashed, we realized that our driveway took a beating over the course of the project. We probably should have anticipated this given all the heavy material and equipment involved. We got an independent estimate to make the driveway repairs, and Daniel promptly sent a check so that we can take care of repairs in the spring.
