Our phone consultation be it one call or more is charged at a rate of $50.00 and if we come to your home or business to do an estimate we charge $75.00 either of which is credited to your project if we enter an agreement or within 60 days we contract a project of $2250.00 we double the face-value of the fee as credit to your project. It is our mission to provide excellent workmanship and complete customer satisfaction from start to completion of a project. In order to understand the needs and expectations of our customers, we take great care to work and communicate with every customer in a professional manner. Our reputation is based on service, safety, and quality, regardless of how large or small the job. In todays busy lifestyle and every day expenses we value both your time and ours and therefore we do not give free estimates. With over 35 years of professional remodeling, major structural repair, home building, handyman and general home maintenance and repair experience, we are here to meet and exceed all your decking, fencing install and repairs, general maintenance, home repair, painting, pressure washing desires and needs to make you home the house of your dreams. We also do lawn maintenance, house cleaning and much more. Ask about our senior and veteran discounts. Our basic cost for most all services except house keeping and lawn mowing is $300.00 that includes the first hour of labor, plus materials then there is an hourly rate per man per hour thereafter. However most projects we do give a written estimate that is valid for 96 hours...

"Chance Sepulvado, the estimator, and Carly Merrit, VP for Operations and communication with the office was excellent. The price for the work was what I expected. However, the job did not go as smoothly as anticipated but in all fairness, the company did stand behind their work and corrected the issues. Carley arrived the morning of the job and reviewed the details with me. When the lead painter arrived, Carly went over the details and again reviewed the work when the 2nd painter arrived. There was to be an accent wall painted but the 2nd painter started painting this wall the same color as the rest of the room. This wall was then repainted with the accent color. It was still wet when the painters left for the day. The next morning there were highly visible brush strokes on the wall. Sent pictures to Carly and she arranged for the lead painter to come back and “fix” the wall. The other issue was that the painters missed or “forgot” to paint some of the areas on the work order; the kitchen window sill, baseboards in the kitchen, a drywall seam and when the painter was reinstalling the edge guard was going to put it back with paint smudges on the inside. What should have been a single day job took two days and three trips. I work from home but had I to take another day off work for this job, that would have been a problem. I would suggest, the painters be given a copy of the work order so they have a reference as to what work was to be done."

"Expertise Selection Service Beware of this company! They painted the entire exterior of my home and though there were some issues, I thought for the price it was ok. But only 1 and a half years later, the paint is worn and flaking off. Well I remember we had a 5 year warranty but trying to get them to honor their word has been such a waste of time.They are giving me the run around and making me feel like a nuisance for wanting them to communicate to me and do the right thing. It’s infuriating to be brushed off and given very generic email responses that don’t address the problem or how they can make it right. At this point I do not expect them to make it right and even if they do come and repaint, it’s only after weeks of having such poor customer service."
