I was in contact with Dustin prior to the work starting to run ideas by him and ask questions. He was always extremely patient with me and very helpful. Brooks Landscaping started work on the exact day they promised and the crew was very courteous and friendly. I was extremely involved in the process every step of the way and felt that it was important to them that I was engaged and 100% satisfied with everything. The entire project ended up taking 2 days and I was pleased that the crew cleaned up the “work site” both days. Overall they exceeded my expectations and I am very happy with the outcome. "They worked on my front, back and side yards. They took off the original grass, added top soil, placed sod, installed new sprinkler system and planted some flowers. Overall, the highlight of this company is its people s gentle and respectful behavior when you are communicating with them; from the sales team to the lead member to the sprinkler installer to the owner. The final results were good. However, it took longer than anticipated due to some obstacles from miss dig, sudden broken equipment and lack of communication at times. I would strongly suggest requesting a tentative job date and not keep it open. Just have a date point of reference. It is possible that the workers may come without notifying you first. Overall pricing seemed reasonable. The team made sure to fix and complete everything that was requested and what needed to be done."
