"I originally needed to get my roof redone as part of a solar installation project, and the solar company referred me to Cosmic Roofing as their preferred partner. Due to the unusual roof slope on my house, several other companies had turned me down for this project. Cosmic sent me David A. to go over the initial conversation of the project. We talked about work streams, dates, expectations, areas of concern, and of course the price. He showed me sample tiles, colors, materials, and explained some items that I hadn't taken into account, such as adding new vents to pass the permit process. I felt like David really understood what needed to be done and how he would tackle it. That was why I felt comfortable signing a work order right away. The tiles were delivered within days, which I was pleasantly surprised at. The roof installers came the next day, and did their job efficiently. Permits were reviewed the same week, and I officially had a new roof in less than a month's time. It's commendable how efficient this company is. My house is now noticeably cooler on sunny days because David recommended the white roof tiles. Of course, the fast speed made it easy for the solar company to do their installation too. We're very happy to have worked with Cosmic Renovation and Roofing. It wasn't until I spoke with David that I found out they also do solar installations. I might've had them make a bid for the solar work as well, but since I had already decided on someone else, it wasn't in the cards. Anyways, if you're looking to add solar to your roof, give Cosmic a call for a quote."

"RECO Roofing did an excellent job patching up a leak on our roof. After a thorough inspection, they also recommended replacing a few other vents, which made sense and was much appreciated. While we haven’t had heavy wind or rain yet to fully test the repairs, I’m confident in the quality of their work—and it’s reassuring that they back it up with a guarantee. A bonus: during the service, they even took the initiative to clean out an insect nest in one of the vents they didn’t replace. That attention to detail really stood out. "Previous homeowner had unsafe, unprofessional work done.  TONY, the owner, was great!  He listened, was to the point with conditions and costs after crawling under the house, was on time and the job went very smooth.  He and his helper were very communicative throughout the job, and were very patient answering all my questions.  I would certainly recommend this company and hire them again.  The cost was exactly as the estimate, and he replaced a few hose bibs during the job that were not on the estimate, and did not charge more for them.  Gave good advice regarding the condition of the water service line to the house that the previous owner had wrapped with insulation which was causing the corrosion to accelerate.  Tony was great to work with, and I feel safer with the corroded gas line replaced and having professional work done, caring for the types of metal used, and making sure everything was safely where it is supposed to be under the house."

"Reasonable price. Completed job as scheduled and within budget. Quality material and workmanship. New wood was coated with primer. The only glitch is the gutter. 2 of the end caps were unsealed. ( I used metal caulking to seal the seams). A week late, I find a section of gutters that trapped one inch rain water. It was corrected without charge after a few calls."

"I liked that the guy got on the roof, took measurements and verified what I told him. There was a problem with wiring across the roof and he did not think he could do it. He then called me back at a later time and told me it would be doable. Nothing that I could think of could be approved on."
