"Great job, fair price, prompt service, and courteous. I had a large hole in soffit under gutters where birds were nesting. I also had holes in corners of soffits around house as well as damaged aluminum flashing and wood where my roof lines meet. I called Friday and Dori came on time the next day to give me estimate. He came on time on Monday and quickly did repairs and cleaned up everything well after job. I plan on using Premium exteriors in the future for other work I need done."

"We hired Top Pros to replace all of the badly damaged wood floor, rails and steps on our deck. We also needed some repairs on our roof. After getting several estimates, we chose to work with them due to the prior positive reviews and their good prices. Eric was a pleasure to work with and delivered an excellent finished product. He was very attentive, punctual and left everything in good order upon completion. We called him about 2 boards that were splintered and he promptly returned to replace them. We highly recommend Eric with Top Pros for your roof and deck repairs."

"Outstanding. Alexander Shaw was communicative and honest in all phases of the project. Shaw did significantly more work than roof sealant including roof repair, intricate woodwork repair, difficult and intricate catwalk and window painting. We were extremely pleased with his work and professionalism. I would gladly recommend them"

"Had a few leaks coming from the edge of the roof straight to the livingroom ,after having it inspected by some other contractors and had it repaired a few times the leak would not stop ,so I was in search of a good contractor still ,I received a call from Brian one day Guinness Pro Construction a young man ,honest and professional, climbed up on the roof and said â if I wonâ t stop the leak ,will give money back guaranteed ,so I did agree on what he said (worried about the past experiences) it has been now 4 months already, and we have had territorial rains and heavy rains and there is NO LEAK ,glad I found this contractor especially Brian and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a job done professionally!"
