"My complaint so to speak is that I could have gotten that estimate for free. But the estimate was part of the deal. I say I could have gotten to free, but I don't know that for a fact but most companies will come out. His estimate was too much and we couldn't afford it. He was very professional and thorough. He was very punctual for the estimate. My complaint is that the $20 for looking at it perhaps could have been free. But I don't know what he had arranged with Angie's List. For what he wanted to do was very expensive but I don't know the business. In terms of what he wanted to do it was probably a fair price but for our needs it was way out of our range."

He even weeded and mulched my front yard bushes area without charging additional for it. That was a huge testament of this company's character. Paid $50 (no change): $40 for love seat; $8 for taxes on cost of Angie's List carpet cleaning deal ($100/ 3 rooms).
Didn't know I had to pay taxes; never paid on other services.
Please confirm Angie's list policy of taxes.
Went to loo at work after paying; should have waited to pay but person was already outside ready to go.
Carpet was OK but the love seat never had been vacuumed underneath cushions (dirty) and never cleaned underneath.
Love seat had cushions all back in place while wet from cleaning.
I had to remove all the cushions and lean them up on floor to dry.
Very disappointed in service.

"Our yard was a mess! We weren't looking to do a make over this year but to just have everything trimmed and cleaned up. It was hard to imagine that our bushes could clean up so well. We also had two over-grown, ugly Christmas tree/bushes that we wanted gone. Chad did a great job and everything looks great. Next year we plan to redo it all and we will be calling Chad again.
