"They were remarkable. First, they excavated the minimum needed to repair our drain and install the CIPP liner. They saved our front cement and brick staircase (directly over the main house sewer line). They only removed one section of the sidewalk that was over the main house sewer line. When done, they filled and compacted the dirt, covered the lawn with straw (i.e., ready for me to add seed and to avoid erosion) and replaced the damaged sidewalk section. The workers were polite and respectful of both us and our property. There was truly minimal disruption to the household. We could not flush toilets or run water down the drains for about 3 hours each day they worked on the line. We contracted for repair of the pipe that was on our property. They completed this work in two days. We then added re-lining the pipe under the road to the county connection. The team added people for and worked late on the second day. Job done on day 3. The job took 3 days (as promised)."

"Leti & Ernesto are the reasons why JP Plumbing Solutions LLC VA is awesome. This is our second service done with them. Our 20 year old water heater was broken and leaking badly. I called at 5 PM to schedule to an appointment with someone at JP Solutions. The lady mentioned someone needs to come to my house to give an exact estimate. Within 15 mins Leti and Ernesto called me back and was able to give me a fair price over the phone and assured me they will be able to install new heater next morning at 11 AM. I got a text message around 11 AM saying Ernesto is en route. He came with a commercial grade water heater to replace the old one. If you call JP Plumbing be sure to ask for Leti and Ernesto. You will not be disappointed."

"When I called the office to get some information about the cost of the work, the individual I spoke with was extremely helpful and informative. He was able to schedule me for the next day between 8-10 am. The next morning the technician, Roscoe and another plumber arrived promptly at 8 am and even took off their shoes without me even asking them! They worked very efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Once I received the bill, I was shocked that they charged me significantly less than what another plumbing company was quoting me for the same work! I even asked for a second opinion on the another toilet that I was told needed to be rebuilt and Roscoe didn't try to upsell or pressure me to get additional unnecessary work done. Thus saving me more money. I will definitely work with Woodbridge Plumbing in the future for their honest, professional, efficient work."
