"Eugene and team did a great job — it was quality work at a fair price. Due to hurricane Milton the insurance company took a very long time to complete its water damage investigation from the storm. Ultimately insurance denied the claim, leaving my mother with serious roof and interior damage. Eugene was patient in answering my flat roof questions; this helped us make the decision to repair the roof rather than replace it entirely. He also hung in while we dealt with the insurance company (for several months.) This project was complicated by the fact that I live out-of-state and had to handle it remotely. After the outside roof work was complete, the interior team restored my mother’s bedroom to a safe condition just in time for Christmas. They cleaned up, pointed out some other wall damage (for future!), helped me remove a water-damaged dresser, and made the ceiling look almost like new. Truly went above and beyond. "My experience with T&S Roofing was very positive. Starting with the initial call, to the sales person / estimator who took his time to localize and test the area of the leak, to the back office personnel, and the 2-person repair crew. All easy to work with. The repair itself (replacing and sealing a few feet of plywood and flashing, underlayment, etc) took about 4 hours. Until we experience a good couple of storms we will not know if the leak is gone. That's the nature of the work.
