"100% positive experience from beginning to end from salesman Mitch to measurer Jeremy to scheduler Rick and especially the installers Jordan and Jorge. Was very concerned about existing interior blinds/shutters, but Jordan and Jorge accommodated them without damage or issues and exhibited professional experience in the whole install process. No mess left behind and care taken to protect interior flooring during the process. The City inspector validated the good quality of Window Depot workmanship when the final permit inspection was made stating he only needed to look at 2 or 3 windows to see they were professionally completed, unlike many he had seen by (un-named big stores). "Went beyond my expectation to repair my cypress fence and add a partial new panel. My fence was leaning and about to fall due to a palm tree pushing on it. Other contractors wanted to remove palm, or brace from my neighbors yard or just told me to save my money and get a new fence which was thousands of dollars. The other contractors made it sound impossible unless I would let them do more work than necessary. Luxury paint came in, never hesitated to fix the problem at a reasonable cost. The fence was straightened, three new posts, landscape timber at bottom and they made V around the palm with my neighbor's permission. It looks great, is secure for my dog and they cleaned all debris. You would not know workers were here. I highly recommend them."
