They cut every limb and tree we requested, made sure I was satisfied, then were willing to get out the equipment again and cut one more limb that I decided needed to go. "Spears Tree Service is fantastic! They spent 2 days with us taking down three 70-100 foot tall trees that needed to be removed. We then added on another tree and our neighbors added one on as well after seeing their great work. Many companies wouldn’t do the job because trees were too big and close to house and swing set that we didn’t want moved. Spears has the equipment and expertise to do it. They brought in a crane to do the large trees which allowed us to keep the surrounding trees, swing set, and not do any damage to landscaping. And their clean up was fantastic. Us and our whole neighborhood were fascinated watching them work. Bringing large pieces of tree from our backyard, on a crane to our front yard, and lower into street. They are such wonderful, talented professionals. It was a pleasure to do business with the entire crew. Their work and clean up were AMAZING!!!"

"Cons: they rescheduled with us 3-4 times because they had more important customers apparently. Spike climbed my healthy oak without asking or warning: this is very bad for the tree and could eventually kill it. At a minimum it needs to be treated as a result. Borderline unsafe workers. I watched one guy nearly pulled off the roof grabbing large roped sections of log being swung down. Pros: cheapest quoted price to take down my large tree. You get what you pay for. Cleaned up and hauled away everything well."
