The estimator Sam contacted us the next day after I left a message and came by within several days and gave us what I felt was a reasonable estimate that included several other requests including removal of a no-longer used chimney and replacing about 20 feet of facial board that was too high for me to replace safely. The crew was great. They were able to utilize the one corner of the house that didn't have plantings for their work area. They completed the job in two days and the gutters were installed on the third day. They were very careful in their clean-up. Justin was out every day working long hours to get the job completed in a week. Very important for our large dogs. He was professional and worked with us when we made changes to the project. "They did a great job with the installation. We had the roof from asphalt to metal roof. They were great as far as the installation they were great. Overall, They got it done in 4 working days. They cleaned up after themselves. We didn't have any issue with damage and all. We're happy with it. There we two things that happened. It was a very difficult to get a hold of them. During the installation process they only show up and leave and don't make any follow-up. They just need to improve their communication with customer. But overall, they were good. They did a fantastic job. They were very professional. Very happy with the quality."
