Kip immediately followed up, and we scheduled time to have him come take a peek. Two days later he was back with a big ol' grinder and made quick work of the stumps in our back yard! His estimate was reasonable, his turnaround time was great, and the quality of work was top notch (he took care to tarp off the surrounding area so flying stump particles didn't damage the house or anything else).
