"When he arrived, he told me he had cleaned these carpets a year ago. <br /> We talked about how dirty the carpets were just after a year. The previous owners rarely vacuumed. <br /> He worked very hard paying special attention to traffic areas and steps which, of course, were almost black. <br /> He also applied a teflon protectant. <br /> After he was done the carpets looked and smelled so much better. We can wait a while now, before replacing them. <br /> The price was very resonable. He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). Martin arranged for FedX to pick up the rug the next day. The rug arrived at Martin's place a few days later and he contacted me as soon as he received and gave me updates on progress. Within a week or so I got my rug back with NO pet pee ODOR!!! I am completely amazed!! The cost is well worth it for an expensive rug that would be ruined if not for Pet Pee Pee."
