"Juan was very friendly and professional and did a great job painting the exterior of our home. We had a couple of changes throughout the process and Juan had no problem adjusting to get the job done. I will hire Juan again if more painting projects are needed. Thanks Juan!"

"When I was given the initial quote by Alex, he stated that he and his team paint every house as if it were their own. And they did. Not only did Alex supervise, he was hands on and did not hesitate to also preform other minor repairs as he saw to be a potential concern later on. such as my wooden fence, chimney and roofing tiles. His two right hands, Jo Jo and Gary proved very confident and knowledgeable accomplishing the entire project not only in a professional manner, but also with high efficiency in an expedient amount of time. I would most certainly recommend Alex and his team for any exterior painting needs."

"The work done was excellent. Other than a short delay (three or four days) waiting on a contractor, once the materials orders were met, the work progressed smoothly and effectively. When small items were noted, such as a slow drain, they were attended to promptly and with no hesitation. We are repeat customers and were totally confident in the trustworthiness of the crew. I did not rate the price because I did not seek a second bid. I found the value commensurate with the cost."

FAQs for small projects painting or staining projects in Orlando, FL

You'll need about two gallons of paint to fully cover your kitchen cabinets with two coats. Since each gallon covers around 350 square feet, it's a good idea to measure your cabinets or use a paint calculator to determine exactly how much you'll need. Starting with one or two coats of primer and then applying two to three layers of paint will give you a flawless, durable finish. Using high-quality paint can reduce the number of coats needed and provide a long-lasting finish.

The best type of paint for your kitchen cabinets is latex paint because it applies evenly and creates a durable finish. If you're painting wood surfaces and need extra adhesion, acrylic paint is a great alternative. We don't recommend oil-based paint for residential use due to its VOC emissions. For finishes, go with eggshell, semi-gloss, gloss, or satin, as matte finishes aren't as durable or as easy to clean.

The best method for painting kitchen cabinets is spray painting because it gives you a smooth, even finish without brush strokes. While brushes and rollers can work, they often leave marks and require more effort. If you're aiming for a professional look, spray painting is your best bet to enhance the beauty and durability of your cabinets.
