"Joe replaced the faucet in a difficult to reach corner sink. As for the shut off valve he freed it and said he did not recommend that any work was needed on it. He then took measurements for some bathroom remodeling for a quote. His work was good, his price fair and he was Joe from Philadelphia like me!"

"Plumber was very nice knowledgeable affordable and quick with the install. Would definitely recommend and will use again for my next plumbing need."

"Very well - no issues. The technician Steven S. was very professional and courteous. The repair was done professionally and quickly. This is the 2nd time I have used ServiceOne and will reach out to time again should I need any plumbing services."

"

They did an excellent job with performance, time, efficiency, costs, clean-up and in every category. We had expected to hear we would need a new septic tank system and dreaded to hear the costs. They seemed to know immediately what our problem was and went right to work fixing it. It seems none of the other companies had ever cleaned out the filters. None of the other companies even mentioned it. Thus we had replaced the septic tank twice as the others told us that was what we needed. When had the last company who put in the new system installed the new one, they failed to check the filters. Since we are not specialists in the field of septic systems, we trusted what they said. But this company told almost immediately that we did not need a new one. In less than 2 hours everything was cleared and cleaned up and the bill of $247.00 was paid. And best of all, the toilets flushed great and no more water back up. We would recommend this company any time. And we will definitely use them for any future work. Thank you, " New Beginnings Environmental". And thank you Angie's List for you help in our getting a great company for our problems.

"Company (John) contacted me immediately and had a plumber (Carlos) out just a few hours later. Carlos was polite, efficient, and completed the work professionally. Carlos made some recommendations for the future but did not try to upcharge me for anything. Good, honest company that I will use for future plumbing needs."

"I purchased a special from Angie's List for Long's plumbing to replace parts inside toilet. From initial contact, it was a good experience. Denise, in the office, was easy to communicate with and answered all my questions. Appointment was scheduled for two days out -- which was great. Once they arrived and checked on toilet, it was determined the toilet had hairline fractures and a new toilet was needed. They got a new toilet installed quickly, and it is working great. Professional and fast. Would hire again."

"Called them this morning about 8:30 AM and told the office we heard gurgling from the toilets when taking a shower. The office person said the likely cause was a clogged septic tank filter. The office said their crews were really backed up and they likely couldn't arrive until tomorrow. At about 11:00 AM the office called and said someone cancelled and they would arrive today, The crew arrived around 12 noon and uncovered the access covers to the septic tank, cleaned the filter and pumped out the tank. Jay and Moe did a great job. Jay provided a recommendation for a different type septic tank filter that won't clog up as quickly. Jay said to buy it from Amazon and they (Green's Crew) could install it the next time the tank is pumped. We really appreciate Green's bumping us up in their schedule to get this job done earlier than expected and we really appreciate the workers (Jay and Moe) that do this type work in a professional and workman like manner."
