"Anthony and his Dad couldn't have more professional.  Anthony gave a very clear estimate outlining all work to be performed prior to service.  We selected City Lights over two other electrical contractors who were a little cheaper but City Lights came highly recommended by a friend who had recently done some work for us.   <br /> We couldn't be happier with the job that City lights did!  They were prompt, courteous, and kept  a clean job site throughout the installation.  The emt/pipe bending that was required due to the nature of our patio cover got a little complicated but you wouldn't know it by how it turned out.  Anthony's meticulous attention to detail is nothing short of brilliant!  Seriously!  When we were initially stumped on how we would provide electricity for sconces on our patio cover support posts, Anthony and his Dad came up with the idea to build and frame little boxes so that the electrical conduit would cleanly come in to provide electricity to the lights.  The miter cuts were perfect and the boxes turned out to be a great solution to our initial dilemma. <br /> The lights are all installed now and they look fantastic.  I would highly recommend City Lights and look forward to using them again in the future for any of our electrical needs. <br />"

"I had thought I purchase two hours of electrical service only to be informed that the actual work scope was essentially limited to changing light bulbs, fixtures on an existing circuit, or trouble shooting an existing problem....things that I can handle for the most part on my own. Even if I had all the materials to add a fixture onto an existing circuit, that was not considered part of the contracted scope. I also had been trying to arrange for someone to be home during period of time that service could be performed, and finally arranged for someone for an entire week (starting Monday 3/20) to permit the work to occur. The ADI scheduler informed me that all next week was taken."

"Regal put in a second bathroom last year. Sean, the owner, was very cordial and his crews were punctual, professional and did what appeared at first to be a flawless job. The problem was, however, that the skylight Regal installed was (it turned out) not appropriate for residential use and in colder weather drips condensation onto the floor; drops of water also bead around the perimeter and occasionally run down the slanted ceiling to the wall. We sent Sean photos of the problem, he suggested several things (including running the fan all night, maybe punching a small hole in the outside wall) and eventually promised to fix it. But it took months and numerous telephone calls to finally get one of his guys out to house. He tried putting extra insulation around the skylight's outside metal box and, when that didn't work, recommended replacing it with another model. Then he called back and said that wouldn't work either. We found Regal's reluctance to be quite aggravating and it got worse after we decided to hire another firm for a second project because it would save us thousands of dollars over what Regal wanted to charge. Shortly thereafter, Regal stopped returning our calls. Now we're stuck with the weeping skylight and are concerned about what the long-term effect might be.  <br />"

"Zohar and his workers from Best Builders Group designed and implemented a new full kitchen for us that included all the appliances as well as the new floor, lightings, counter top and more…. The actual workers demolished completely the old kitchen and increased the back wall by few feet. They opened up walls to make the house space feel much larger. The workers were very reliable, clean, and professional and they did very high quality work. I felt comfortable trusting them in my house and doing all the work with support beams etc. Very knowledgeable and good group of guys. At the end of each day, Zohar made sure to be at the house OR to send someone to make sure that all the daily tasks have been accomplished. The cabinets were custom made by their cabinet maker so you can have anything done to your specifications. Definitely would trust Best Builders Group for your large important home improvements. You can be sure it is done right. They are pricey, so sometimes that is cost prohibitive for certain small jobs."

"<p>They were quick and cleaned up after they were done. </p> <p>More upselling; told me that my breaker box needed upgrading to handle the additional lights, sparking occurring. Due to my fear of fire I went with the expensive new breaker box. Didn't do the best job in installing, overcut the drywall, now open gap above and below the new box. Will need to have someone out to repair that wall.</p> <p>Tried to do more upselling said I couldn't afford anything else, upselling stopped at that point. Probably would not hire again due to all the upselling.</p>"
