"The men arrived on time. The original assessment was that the interior wall would have to be cut open and wainscoting removed then replaced in order to access the pipes. However they first tried to remove the faucet from the outside wall and were able to do so. The faucet was replaced at minimal cost and in a short period of time. They were very polite and left no mess. I have used Eddie B for several years and will continue to use them in the future. Thanks Eddie B."

"I hired Alliance to complete several jobs in my newly purchased home including: 1. bringing bathroom and kitchen plumbing up to code, 2. installing a garbage disposal and faucet, 3. installing a new toilet and fixing plumbing to toilet, and 4. multiple pinpoint leaks and pipe corrosion in the basement plumbing. From the start, it was such an easy and stress-free process. Communication was constant through email and text about the service dates and ETA of the team members, which was fantastic as I was traveling back and forth between my current and new home. "The plumber showed up promptly with an assistant but rushed through the job. The leak in the spout was not fixed. Had to report the issue and get him to come back to complete the work. He did not have the parts in his truck so had to come back in another day to complete the work. Was charged just for the parts for the second visit so that was good. Christine was very helpful on the call."

"The technician came out and assessed the issue with leak from dishwasher, but it was not something he could fix, because it was an issue with the motor of the dishwasher. He did fix issue I was having with toilet. So, overall I was pleased with the assessment and work he did. But, I was disappointed because technician did not properly reinstall the dishwasher and left the bottom plate to dishwasher disassembly. He used the wrong screws for securing the dishwasher inside cabinet area. He was very careless when it came to restoring dishwasher setup to its original condition. I was very disappointed with his work, as a result of the lack of detail and carelessness displayed."

"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"
