"All Point Roofing & Chimney replaced my chimney liner and installed a chimney cap for me 7 years ago. They did a great job back then. Then last month I had my hot water heater replaced. The plumber told me that I needed a chimney certificate to apply for the town permit. I called All Point Roofing & Chimney again.
