After another moving company bailed on me the day before my scheduled move, All Service swooped in and saved the day. Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. "Wow, never again. I booked a 3-man moving team and agreed to $199 per hour fee and a wardrobe box. Days before the move, I called to confirm the details. They confirmed details and told me we were all set for 3 movers and a wardrobe box. They sent 2 movers and no wardrobe box. The movers told me that they get no information and apologized about not having the wardrobe and only 2 movers coming and told me that my move was definitely a 3 man job. I had to stuff my suites, my wife's dresses into a box. Having 2 movers rather than 3 reduced productivity by 33%, and theoretically should have only taken 3 hours and 15 minutes with a 3rd person rather than the 5 hours it took. They justified it by giving me a $179 rate. The difference in cost at $179 for 2 people at 5 hours vs 3 people at 3.25 hours is $313. I told them that doesn't make sense; I agreed to 3 movers at $199, not 2 movers at $179, the "lower" 2-person rate is a savings of $40 but I spent much more from hours on the move. "

They were all VERY well mannered, and SUPER hard workers. They arrived before quote time (and didn't charge extra for the 15 minutes) and completed the move before quote time.
