"I put in a request to change a lightbulb that was 15 ft. high and my ladder wouldn’t reach. The technician came out and quoted me $225 for 5 minutes worth of work. This was after him trying to sell me on all these other services I had no interest in, just focus on the task at hand! I told him no and he said he would remove the $90 “trip charge” (what a ripoff and I told the representative when I called to make the appointment I would not pay any sort of fee for an estimate or trip charge). I still told him that was high and could he come down closer to $75 as that is the most I would pay for such little work. He then complained that he drove over an hour to get to my house and he can’t do it for that low of an amount, and then ended our interaction with “but please keep us in mind for any of your future electrical needs or if you have any issues”. Hahahahahha so you refused to do the work that I called you for and think I would ever call you guys again??? He literally turned down free money to do a quick job and rather make nothing, makes zero sense since he was already there! They have permanently lost my business since I know I cannot depend on them. I have used Mister Sparky in the past even though their prices were always higher than others but I finally had to draw the line with them. Their greed over a few bucks lost them a customer, terrible business decisions and everyone should be warned this is how they operate. Stay away!!"

"They provided prompt service. He fixed three ceiling lights which took about fifteen minutes in the attic. The bill was 230.00. Expensive, I thought. He was coughing and had no mask on. I am a covid survivor and can't afford to get it again. I left the room"

Of the three electricians who came out. Only William Schultz from Positricity spent several hours going over my needs and making safety recommendations for what needed to be done. Before he left that day, I had his quote in a PDF sent to email in box. The others spent less than an hour and tried to up sell me items I thought about but weren’t on my punch list. He also gave me the name and brochure of the Pinellas Executive Association which his company is a member of and seemed like a good organization of professionals. This is where I found the carpenter I used, that is another story. I found William to be very professional, pleasant to talk with and an expert in his field. The company Positricity is easy to work with and I’ll use William again for any electrical needs."

"Electrician connected my master bedroom coax cable to the room next door. Even though I was uncomfortable with him doing so, he cut a hole in my wall to run the line down. This is a new house and was just finished a week ago! After internet was established I was having connectivity issues. Spectrum came out to test the line and found that a cheap splitter was used to connect the rooms. They had to replace the splitter and reconnect the lines. I have a picture of the splitter he used and it looks like it was bought at the dollar store. I feel overcharged I paid $514 to have this service and he damaged my walls and used cheap equipment. He was not here very long. To make matters worse, he said he couldn't guarantee the line and wouldn't test it because he didn't have a meter. This was a solicited service call from Angies list. I already had an appointment scheduled with Bolt Electric to come out later in the week. I accepted Mr. Sparky since he was able to come earlier."
