"I had Claudio previously install a water heater, fix a irrigation pipe leak, and install a kitchen faucet. This time, I asked for his help selecting the correct bathroom sink faucets and shower head and faucets for upstairs bathroom. As it turned out the ones I had initially selected were not compatible with the hardware that came with the house. He guided me and made recommendations which were very helpful in ensuring that I would be happy with what got installed, which I was. "Care Plumbing did an excellent job re-piping my 4000 sq. foot two story home. After a second slab leak was detected in a home that is only 20 years old I decided a re-pipe was needed. Joe came to the house and explained what was involved. No pressure, just the facts as compared to a competitor’s salesperson who came later. As a professional I appreciated his prompt email follow up as well. It was easy to decide to go with Care. Once I did, the office team of Zara and Karla, who handled scheduling, permitting and any follow up, reinforced that I made the right decision. A pleasure to work with. Raphael’s crew did the re-piping job in one day. They worked diligently as a team and kept me apprised of what was occurring whenever I asked. Raphael found the best way to do the job with the minimum amount of wall/ceiling openings, even though it required moving the entire main valve 18’. Fast, efficient, and clean on all fronts. Armando is excellent at repairing the drywall and texturing. His stucco work was perfect. Unfortunately, he was unable to complete all in one day so another crew came on a Sunday. There were issues with some of that crew’s work which became apparent after the areas they textured were painted. When I alerted Care to this, John the owner came to see for himself. He saw the problem and immediately said it would be corrected. The office staff scheduled Armando to come out and he once again worked his magic to correct the problem. All handled very professionally and with the goal of making me the customer satisfied. Throughout the process Care Plumbing did all they said they would, and more. I would definitely recommend them."

"The plumbing is working again.  Provider disconnected the leaking pipe section during the first day of service, allowing us to use both hot and cold water in parts of the house.   This allowed us to have a half functioning house until the problem was fixed a few days later.  This saved us from going to hotels or work for showers. <br /> Provider also cut out the sheetrock carefully, reducing the costs for refinishing the walls. <br /> Careful cleanup of the mess at the end. <br />"

"After reading many reviews on this company, my expectations were high. They fully met expectations. The person who came out for the initial estimate brought a folder with all the information he provided verbally. This impressed me, because I was able to review after he left and I didn't have to take notes. They provided all information on licensing, warranties, and insurance in writing. He was friendly, patient, answered all my questions. After I left, I immediately received a call from the owner to get feedback on the experience. The plumbers who did the work were actually early the first day. The foreman immediately walked through the job with me before any work started. They also laid tarps throughout the house and up the stairs to protect carpeting. The work was performed effectively and efficiently. They cleaned up each evening before leaving so there was minimal interruption in access to my water. The job was estimated for two days, they finished the work in two days. The next workday, the team to repair the wallboard showed up and they impressed me even more. They patched every single hole no matter how tight the location. One wall had wallpaper so they stripped the wall paper off the entire wall, textured it and painted. And this team was even more impressive in protecting the floors/carpets and cleaning up before leaving. They may not have been the least expensive, but they were well worth the price. I would recommend them for hire. A few months passed and Henrik's Plumbing still responded in a timely matter on subsequent plumbing requests. While remodeling a tub/shower, the new valve originally installed during the re-piping began to drip. The plumbers hired by the remodel contractors could not find the problem. I called Henrik's and they sent one of their plumbers out the next day. Again very timely and professional. He investigated and quickly found a piece of solder in the valve that apparently was dropped into the valve during the reconstruction of the shower. He cleaned it out and said it was covered by my warranty. He said if I had more problems, just call. About a month later I called to have a drain cut out in another shower being remodeled. The plumber came the same day on his way back from another job and performed the work efficiently and effectively. I am very pleased with this company and have vowed to use them as my only plumbing company from now on. They provide excellent service when re-piping, but also provide excellent general plumbing services as they are required. They earn the fees they charge by providing such great service. They are dependable, responsive and skilled at what they do. Thanks Richard and the team."
