"I had eight estimates to do the job, they were the 7th. Estimates ranges from $60k for aluminum down to $30k for the same job they did for $20k. Felipe always answers his phone so don't know what happened with the bad review someone gave them. Our roof is incredibly steep and very large with dramatic lines, being a one level house. The crew was lovely, I left my doors unlocked so they could use the facilities. Not at their request, but at my insistence. By the way, the big selling point for another bid was they brought their own port-a-potty. For 10K more. Expensive potty! They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I had a leak where one corner of the gutter wasn't completely calked, they responded immediately. I had reservations, going from shake to shingle, about loosing the architectural aspect of the roof, it turned out beautiful. I'm an analyst (hence the 8 bids) but am so happy to have hired them. In all the contractor experiences we've had in this house, theirs was the best.

"Pfeifer Roofing is courteous, professional and prompt. I was given a free evaluation of my roof, shown samples of the products they use and pamphlets for their policies and products. The free estimate was detailed with multiple options for various avenues for next steps. The installation foreman and crew itself were incredible and communicated with me multiple times throughout the four-day roofing/gutter install, sharing their noticings while working and asking me for my input and preferences. They worked hard to clean up after each day, and the final result is fantastic."

"Excellent experience. From the first call to the last minute Raindrop was a joy to work with. They gave a competitive bid, did a great job, and the even mailed a follow up (unsolicited) copy of their warranty. Who does that these days:-) It is so refreshing to actually do business with a company who wants to provide superior service and a competitive price. If they were a public company I would be buying stock because they know it's all about value. I won't look to call anyone else if I have roofing needs."

"Unlike so many contractors who have no desire to complete their work or provide specific deadlines, High Quality Roofing did as they said and provided a professional service perfectly suited to my needs and budget."

"I’ve used this contractor for multiple projects at my home and he’s been great to work with. Very responsive. He’s fair in his pricing and bids. He’s consistently followed up on all work to ensure it’s done right, and when things aren’t quite perfect, he takes the time during his own follow-ups to either correct the issue or bring it up ASAP so it can be corrected before it causes further delays. He’s even come out to do the work himself to make sure it’s absolute quality, correct work. I’ll be continuing to call him for future projects."

"The crew worked hard and long hours. They are very skilled with roof repair and metal roof install. Super friendly crew and owner! We love the 24 gauge metal. The first rain with the new roof was so much quieter than before!"

"Showed up on time & ready to work. Knowledge of our flat roof needs excellent, making for better than average repair in that regard. Problems were typical: Dry Rot in places, siding damage, post repairs, and flashing issues. Al done. All done right. All done in a timely fashion... and nice guys!"

"Incredibly easy and so very professional! The roof looks great, all the vents were replaced and some rotten plywood was replaced. All the old roof was removed. It looks fantastic!! We had a very tight timetable and they accommodated us at every turn. Shalena was incredible to work with and went out of her way to make this all incredibly easy!! We cannot recommend them highly enough!"
