Received a quote for the total amount instead of a "ballpark figure" which I appreciate. Matt was the person who installed my new water heater, picked it up from Lowes for me so I didn't have to deal with that. Also fixed my leaking shower. Spoke with the gentleman at lowes when purchasing my water heater and told me they could install it. When I told him the price for the whole job he told me I got a great deal, the cost just to install the water heater would have been 35% more at lowes!! I am setting up another appointment for them to change out my other faucets AND my light fixture in the bathroom as I found out they also do electrical! One stop shopping at this place. He came back a few days later to address a whistle noise (fixed with a larger gas line) and install recirculation line for instant hot water to back of house at no additional charge.
