He moved a big desk without any problem and efficiently handled the stairway, upper hall, dining room and living rooms all in a professional manner. "Tom and Superior Carpet Cleaning did a great job with our basement and stairs. Communication was timely, expectations clear and pricing was reasonable. The space hadn't been cleaned for a number of years and he was able to remove the grime and moved furniture as needed. I've seen the comments on not using steam...but we didn't have any issues and there's a plus in not having hoses run through an open door for hours."

"Wow! That was my first thought when I saw how clean my carpet looked after Steve Rice, the owner, had only cleaned a few feet of my carpet. I could not be happier after having Steve/Accurate Carpet Cleaning clean my carpet. I have had my carpet cleaned before by other companies, but none have ever come close to how clean my carpet looks today. Steve was great to work with. He is a good caring person and walked through the house with me to get an understanding of what needed to clean. He made some suggestions, so we didn't go from super clean carpet to dingy looking carpet from other rooms adjacent to what was going to be cleaned. "The body was found during a police wellness check. CSI was called by the local police department to transport the body. Once that was done, the floorboards of the room where the deceased was located needed to be removed and a bio-hazard barrier applied to the room. All of the clothing, bedding, towels, mattresses, cloth-covered furniture, window treatments, etc. had to be removed from the entire house. Walls and remaining furniture had to be sanitized. Floorboards were replaced and new carpeting installed. The only reason I didn't give them an A on Punctuality is because the work took longer than I expected. Warning to make sure everything you want to keep is on their written list. I "lost" things I thought were on the list, but with the chaos of the death, etc. they never got onto the list."
