"Jeff was on time and communicated well He did a great job and was very concerned about ensuring all spots and more heavily soiled areas were fully clean. He is just one person and does not have a helper but performs well Even though they state up front the don't move furniture, they mean it and don't move ANY furniture. However with my assistance he did help us move a few items to allow full area cleaning"

"within minutes, I received a call from the very friendly and professional Michelle. Calling me all the way from California! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

"The carpets came out looking new. They got rid of a few stains on the entrance rug. It only took forty-five minutes and it looks great. Howard was very friendly and conscientious. I am very pleased with their service."

"Carl is very professional, punctual and gets the job done quickly and efficiently. The carpets in our rental were fairly dirty due to previous renters who smoked and had pets. He got them looking and smelling like brand new. I especially liked that the carpets weren't soaking wet whem je was done, like some other companies we have used in the past. I would definately recommend Carl to friends and family. I also own a service business so I consider myself very hard to please."

"Ok.  Little discrepancy about the deal when I called but we were able to clear it up quickly and to my satisfaction.

"Krispy Clean, Inc. did a very nice job with my carpeting and couch cleaning project. However, when I first made the appointment they failed to put it on the books and the technician never showed up. When we called to request an ETA, we ended up having to reschedule for a later date--after we had already cleared all of the furniture out!"
