"So much better than three others recently. Said what she would do and did it close enough to perfect that we will call it that. Signed on for continuing service with confidence and smiles on our faces."

"I hired Gilma and Pablo for a deep clean, but I was extremely disappointed with the results. I found dust on the baseboards, stains still on the counters, and the floors looked like they hadn't even been mopped. It felt like a rushed job, and I ended up having to re-clean half the house myself. I wouldn't recommend them if you?re looking for a thorough professional service."

Small jobs welcome

Customers say: Quick response

"Matt and his crew (2 men) did a great job of painting the interior of our split foyer (including the high ceilings). Also did some drywall work in our garage, painted the kitchen cabinets and hung an awning for us. We' re getting him back to do the baseboards. He was always on time and very reasonable on his prices. And Matt is very easy to work with. Great job guys"

"Gave a very reasonable estimate for the work to be done (hauling and disposing of a significant amount of electronic junk;). Arrived on time and completed the work to be done expeditiously. Very courteous and professional in all interactions. I'll be calling again in the spring following garage and shed cleaning to haul more "junk to the dump."

FAQs for post construction clean up projects in Ranson, WV

Plan on one hour of cleaning for every 100 to 200 square feet. That means a two-to-four-person crew will spend eight to 12 hours on a full-size home.

Your pro will walk the space first, size it up, and give you a more precise timeline to be sure every lofty ceiling, baseboard, and tight corner gets the same white-glove attention.

Cleaning fine dust after construction requires a combined approach of detailed dusting and high‐powered vacuuming. Begin by wiping high surfaces such as ceiling fans, walls, window sills, and countertops to eliminate deposited particles. Next, vacuum all floors, carpets, and hard surfaces and mop afterward to remove residual dust. Finally, clean HVAC returns, supply vents, and replace filters to ensure a completely dust‐free environment.

You’ll need safety gear and heavy-duty tools. At minimum, you should wear a respirator, eye protection, and work gloves. Then, bring in a HEPA-filter shop vac, wet mops, microfiber cloths, and a carpet shampooer to lift dust from every surface.

Pros also keep extra filters and trash bags on hand so they can swap them out mid-job and keep the cleanup running smoothly from start to finish.

Book your post-construction cleanup for one to two days after the last tool leaves the site. That 24- to 48-hour buffer lets dust settle so the crew can snag every speck in one visit.

Touch base with your contractor before you lock in a date; if their punch-list slips, you’ll want to shift the cleaning slot to avoid costly rescheduling and make sure the house is truly move-in ready.
