Mitchell handled a drywall repair issue related to the installation by taking personal responsibility and action to cover the cost himself. Seatown plumbing manager initially said they were not covering the repair, but after speaking with Mitchell this morning confirmed that Seatown will reimburse him for the cost of repair. "These guys were amazing! We had the plastic water intake valve behind the toilet burst and spray water everywhere at 4am. after cleaning up the mess we called Cahill's at about 6:45am and they arrived by 8:30am to fix the valve, which took them like 15 minutes. I asked them about doing all of the valves in the house (16 total) and they agreed to come back at noon to do all of them. At exactly noon they were back at my house and had all the valves changed out in less than 2 hours. They were friendly, clean, polite, and provided excellent customer service. Jason and Harry were the team that came to my house and I would highly recommend them. And thanks to Russell, the owner, for giving us a great deal on the work his team did.
