"Each time, Kathy provided a very accurate estimate of the time required for the project. She charges by the day - we paid $275 per day- very reasonable. She provides an estimate of the paint(s) required for the job and you are responsible for purchasing it. We agreed on the start date, we confirmed it the week before, and she arrived and left as scheduled, finishing the job on time. On the kitchen project, we asked her to add in painting of exterior doors that was not originally planned, and she was able to add it into the job. She works very neatly with no mess left behind at the end of the day. The results look great! We highly recommend her services."

"I realize from my conversation with the installer today that I am “out of luck” with this job; however, to me this is not the workmanship I would expect from the premium that was charged on an $85 vent. My expectation would be a properly sized vent to be installed — not present an option to leave my bathroom with a crooked vent install with a 1” perimeter needing to be patched. While the indemnification clause in their contract may prevent me from rebutting this financially, it is unfortunate that this is what NICHOLS felt comfortable leaving as a statement of work. I would have rather paid an up charge for the technician to get a larger vent at a local Lowe’s or Home Depot than create another bill to correct and paint my ceiling."
