"Priel definitely lived up to the company name “Good Guy.” Although I needed the work urgently, he called me right away to explain he was on vacation & the earliest he could come would be the following week. I thought this was very professional of him to inform me right away. This way I would have a choice to wait for his deal the following week or go elsewhere. I waited for him & he was well worth the wait. He arrived on time, ready to go, kept my cats secured, & worked diligently to clean the carpets. He even cleaned the cat scratching tower, which was something we didn’t request but really appreciated! "Bill is one gem of a person. He is prompt in returning your calls. He listens to what you need; takes time to explain things; never rushes; and never tries to sell you what you don't need. As an example, he told me that some of the areas I was asking him to clean could be cleaned cheaply by a maid service and I will save money!
