"Have used this service for years and recommended them to friends and colleagues. Needed Japanese maple trimmed and let David know I was off today. He immediately replied and let me know he’d try to send a crew today. At first it looked like it wouldn’t work out but then there was a cancellation and he called me to let me know the guys could be there within 30 minutes. John and Casey were at my house as planned and set to work on my tree. They were very considerate as always and asked for my input to make sure that everything was to my liking. The maple that was taking over my entrance has been tamed and looks great! The guys also took a couple of low hanging limbs off my Bradford pear tree at no additional charge. I’ll have them back in the Fall to prune and thin out this huge pear. Bruno Ferazza has pruned this tree since it first needed to be pruned. It’s gorgeous!! I won’t let anyone else touch my trees! David and his crew are the best!"

"Genesis Tree Service's team was right on time, ready to work. The fig tree in my backyard was large and unruly and it was a job to take down! The Genesis crew did an excellent job, cutting the large pieces into smaller ones so that the pieces would fit through the narrow walkway between my home and my fence line. None of the branches that were cut down fell anywhere near the structure of my home, my shed, or my neighbor's gazebo. Once the tree was down, the stump was ground down until nothing visible can be seen above ground. Additionally, they were able to remove the branches that were hanging over the fence into my neighbor's yard without leaving any branches behind in the neighbor's yard. The crew left my backyard cleaner than it has been in years! Best of all, the estimated cost for the job was the exact amount I was charged! I would definitely hire Genesis Tree Service again!"

"Jeanette Bell, the owner, came out and gave me what I considered a really reasonable quote for a difficult job. Her crew came out a couple of days later exactly on time. I was concerned about the weather because it was raining lightly and the ground in the back yard had been cleared of debris earlier so it was basically mud but the crew assured me they would be okay. I couldn't believe how quickly they brought down that huge tree, removing all the limbs, trunk and leaves as they went. Then they ground the stump and it looked like the tree had never been there. It was amazing and so were they! The yard was once again clean and the tree was gone."

"The park uses them. I needed an arborists. Someone to trim the trees properly. They did an excellent job too. The squirrels cant walk onto my roof, from climbing on the trees anymore. The water we had last year, gave the Redwoods to start growing again. They are really beautiful, but this is really getting too close to the house. I am very happy with them too. They are higher than most people, but they are arborists, and they are more than an tree trimming company. The gentlemen, the boss, I am not sure if he was the boss, came, and I told him what I had wanted done. The crew came yesterday to actually do the work. They were two hours early. The heat, they were short handed too,and was trying to get it done. They did a really good job. I am being very generous. They did such a good job. When the guy came out, I was anticipating $1000 doing all this, because the arborists they just do the job better. He said it was just $250, oh, ok. I was surprised. It only took an hour, but still I was surprised. I was very pleased it wasn't anymore. Very prompt, excellent job. They were very punctual. They were very professional. They cleaned everything up. My backyard looks better now, than before they got here."

"Shawn is a professional! He arrived on time--punctuality is a big deal for me. He patiently listened to my tree issues, and clearly understood what I wanted the end results to be. He explained that his method of tree-trimming protects the tree's integrity and fits what nature intended, and not alter the tree in some artificial way. I like that. Shawn returned as scheduled, ready to work, reduced the overall height of the Red Oak tree, lowered the canopy, and cut back lower limbs away from the house. He thinned, trimmed, and snipped the tree, literally limb-by-limb, to allow air and light to pass through the tree. The finished product looks like a picture of nature. What was an overgrown undisciplined tree, is now an attractive, well-behaved (and happier) Red Oak. In terms of the worksite, not a twig or a leaf or any other sign of tree trimming was left. Shawn's cleanup was thorough...and I like that, too. When seasonally correct, Shawn will return to do some clipping and trimming on the oversized plum tree, and I know he will do an outstanding job. <br />"
