"We used this company for several years for snow plowing, but would never hire them again. The driver was really bad about driving up onto the lawn, but the last year was the worst. He pushed snow so far up into the yard before the ground was frozen, that he made enormous ruts in the lawn from all 4 of his truck tires that were almost impossible to fix in the spring. It required us to do extensive work hauling in dirt, tamping around the ruts, seeding, and watering. Complaints about this issue over the years were ignored, with the supervisor unwilling to come out and address the situation. It almost seemed like this past year the driver deliberately went out of his way to ruin the lawn."

"It was tricky this year because of sub-freezing temperatures the day before and during our scheduled blowout. Warren explained in e-mails precisely what to do to minimize the risk of frozen lines. We followed Warren's suggestions and everything was fine. (I understand that others did not and suffered frozen lines.) "I paid to have my crab apple tree sprayed for apple s***. 3x they came out and sprayed. I had their "tree expert" come out today 7/9/22 to look at my tree. It is diseased. Their spray did nothing to protect my tree. And on top of that, there is no warranty! I'm out over $300 and my tree is sick. Don't hire this company to spray your trees!!"
