"We were caught completely off guard by the amount of damage concealed behind our existing siding, and do the cost of completion at this time exceeded our budget. "Very well he was on time to remove the initial snowfall ,so we contracted with him for the season , he’s come back again during a lighter snowfall and applied salt and cleared our front steps . We were having a communication issue but he has since resolved this ."
