Instead of removal of leaves from the property per the agreement, he dumped leaves onto an easement on my property dedicated to rainwater removal. This is a violation of our city ordinances punishable by heavy fines and/or levies of the cost of cleanup by the city. Furthermore, does not respond to messages, and has set his phone with a note he is accepting no calls. BEWARE. YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT PROMISED!"
