The house shines from his work. The floor always looks spotless when they are finished. That is something I, at the age of 80, have never been able to accomplish. The cleaning products used all have a pleasant smell, not a severe industrial. He has a routine that enables him to be efficient."

"I had this couple come to my house twice and arranged for the third time. I was mostly happy with the first visit but they did not allow for the full 4 hours and left early without finishing my house. The second time they were scheduled to come at 1:00 and my husband took off work to be there. Ryan then texted me at 1:37 saying that they could not be there until 3:00 and arrived after 3:00. Again, they did not finish the house and left after 3hours. On the third visit, they were scheduled to be at my house at 1:30. I had to go to work in the morning and rushed home to be there at 1:30. At 2:15 I called them and Ryan stated that they had to pick up their daughter at 1:30 and had forgotten. He did not make any effort to call to say they would be late again. I canceled their service as you cannot count on them to be there on time and they never finish the job. I would not recommend them if you expect people to be there when they say they will. Not even calling before you are late is not professional."
