"Gomer Basave brought a team of three to four men to construct a trench for proper drainage from the landscaped garden to the back of the yard. It took six days to build the trench as well as lay the pipes and test the water flow. Throughout the construction, the team worked hard to create the trench and the work was supervised by visits from Basave to the site. Starting with the estimate and proceeding with the work, Gomer Basave was a responsible and honest contractor who worked with his team to complete the project. The job was not an easy job but Gomer and his crew worked continuously to create a trench that could transport water away from the house. We greatly appreciated working with Gomer and his crew and hope we have the chance to work with them again on other projects. "

After a salesman came to our door, he designed our landscaping plan — retaining wall, stairs, shed pad, boulders, and sprinklers — and quoted $24,995. I paid in full around July 8, 2025, with a contract promising completion by July 28. No one ever showed up until I contacted them. Since then, I’ve dealt with four project managers, endless delays, broken promises, and almost zero communication. One crew came but didn’t know what they were supposed to do and couldn’t reach anyone for direction. Another poured a footing wrong, according to one of their own workers. Months later, my yard is still torn apart, and HavenHub continues to ignore me despite taking full payment. I’ve had to involve a lawyer just to try to get a response. Terrible communication, unreliable crews, and no accountability. Be very careful before hiring this company."
