"I originally needed to get my roof redone as part of a solar installation project, and the solar company referred me to Cosmic Roofing as their preferred partner. Due to the unusual roof slope on my house, several other companies had turned me down for this project. Cosmic sent me David A. to go over the initial conversation of the project. We talked about work streams, dates, expectations, areas of concern, and of course the price. He showed me sample tiles, colors, materials, and explained some items that I hadn't taken into account, such as adding new vents to pass the permit process. I felt like David really understood what needed to be done and how he would tackle it. That was why I felt comfortable signing a work order right away. The tiles were delivered within days, which I was pleasantly surprised at. The roof installers came the next day, and did their job efficiently. Permits were reviewed the same week, and I officially had a new roof in less than a month's time. It's commendable how efficient this company is. My house is now noticeably cooler on sunny days because David recommended the white roof tiles. Of course, the fast speed made it easy for the solar company to do their installation too. We're very happy to have worked with Cosmic Renovation and Roofing. It wasn't until I spoke with David that I found out they also do solar installations. I might've had them make a bid for the solar work as well, but since I had already decided on someone else, it wasn't in the cards. Anyways, if you're looking to add solar to your roof, give Cosmic a call for a quote."

They did a beautiful job with the new roof, were in and out in a short time, and left the property very clean. In short, they were a wonderful Co. to do business with and the new roof is beautiful. "Alex and his crew did a fantastic job. We got a quote with a detailed breakdown of the costs after Alex came by for a thorough inspection. He was very straightforward with no sales pressure. Alex also provided with a list of properties that had the roof work done by cosmos roofing for reference. Because I was out of town for a while, Alex was very accommodating and we were able to change the date to fit my schedule. During the roofing process, the crew was quick and professional. They also made an extra effort not to disturb us in the house. Alex's dad, who's also the owner of cosmos dropped by every day to make sure things are on track and to answer any questions we had. The whole time we felt at ease with what's being done to the house. After the roof is done, the crew cleaned up everything and removed all debris around the house. Alex informed us about the date the inspector is going to be over and what documents we need to get ready for it. On the day of the inspection, Alex personally came by in the morning and made sure we had everything correct. Overall, Alex and Cosmos crew did a phenomenal job. We couldn't be happier with how smooth the whole process went. And couldn't stop looking at our new roof with joy every time we come back home."

"Everybody was so helpful from the office staff to the evaluator who had the utmost patience and experience. He explained everything thoroughly and helped me make the best decision for my house and budget. The job involved new 30 yr shingles and conversion of an old tar and gravel portion of the roof as well as several new skylights & new gutters + replacement of several rotten roof areas. The roofing crew and supervisor were great and job finished on schedule. They were careful w/ plants & scrubs and cleanup was excellent. Not a single problem. As a side note I had a problem w/ racoon's or possums in my attic area. I had no idea who to call so I called Scudders and they came immediately and assessed the situation and started working on it. It really wasn't a roofing issue but they repaired the side of my house and didn't charge me anything!! Who does that these days?"

"As repeat customers, we initially worked with Signature Roofing about 15 years ago to replace an old wood shake roof on our first home. At the time, we found them to be very professional, from the moment we received the quote through the entire re-roofing process. They were very honest, punctual, and did a wonderful job of installing a high quality roof with no problems during the following rainy season - no leakage at all, even around three skylights. They also did a very thorough job of cleaning up after the project was completed. But what really stood out was the building inspector's comments when it came time to sell our home. The building inspector said that the roof installed by Signature was probably the nicest roof he had ever seen, and he gave them an A+ for their quality and workmanship. Our experience with Signature was so positive that when it came time to re-roof our second home, we didn't bother to get quotes from any other roofing company. Again, we found both William and George to be very professional, honest and punctual. We met with William first, who patiently took the time to walk around the house and answer all of our questions and concerns. We discussed ventilation, dry rot issues, the different types of roofing materials out there, whether or not to replace the gutters or add more insulation, and even rodent issues which other neighbors around us have had. William was very honest. He told us what we did or did not need and didn't try to push more expensive products or services with us. Both William and George were very good at responding to our emails within the same day with answers to any additional questions and concerns we had. Once the re-roofing project started, George kept us updated with daily progress reports. After the installation, they did an extremely thorough job of cleaning up. Our gardener was very impressed, stating that in the 30 years of working as a gardener, she has NEVER seen such a thorough clean-up job. Our new roof looks beautiful, and we are extremely happy with the re-roofing job by Signature Roofing. We highly recommend them!!!"

"Robert and his team at V&G Builders is exceptional! We hired Robert to do a big remodel in our new house in the Oakland Hills, and from day 1 he has exceeded all of our expectations. "They did what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. Roof looks good and the clean up was also good. The people working on the project were professional. The only thing was communication. Needed a little more conversation over the phone to confirm arrival on first full work day. The sales rep showed up to lay down a plastic cover over a suspected leak and it held up during some very blustery rain. Over all excellent work but expensive."
